Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You may use LazyPromo solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable platform policies (including Instagram and Meta policies).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LazyPromo to:

• Post or promote content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
• Post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Spam, phish, or otherwise abuse social media platforms or their users.
• Circumvent rate limits, platform restrictions, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or third-party APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except where permitted by law.

User Content & Responsibility

• You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through LazyPromo ("User Content").
• You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of connected platforms (e.g. Instagram).
• By using LazyPromo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely as needed to provide the Service (including via our third-party providers such as OpenAI, Supabase, and Meta/Instagram).
• LazyPromo does not review or pre-approve User Content before publishing.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• LazyPromo uses third-party AI models (such as OpenAI) to generate ideas, hooks, captions, and carousel text based on your inputs.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review and edit any generated content before publishing and you remain fully responsible for what you post.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with any legal, regulatory, or platform-specific requirements.

Scheduling, Publishing & Limits

• LazyPromo provides tools to schedule and publish content to connected social accounts. Actual delivery depends on third-party APIs (such as Instagram/Meta) and their availability.
• We may impose limits on posting frequency, AI credits, and feature usage to protect platform integrity and prevent abuse.
• We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact time or at all; posts may fail due to platform changes, rate limits, revoked permissions, or technical errors.

No Guarantee of Results

LazyPromo is a tool to help you plan, generate, and publish content. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcomes, such as follower growth, engagement, revenue increases, or campaign performance. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for evaluating whether content is appropriate for your audience.

Account Suspension & Termination

• You may stop using LazyPromo and request account deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of LazyPromo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us (if any) in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of LazyPromo will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law/jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of LazyPromo after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
